Signature includes a 5-year product warranty. Essential includes a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Every install also gets our 2-year workmanship warranty.

Call us and we'll come fix it. Service visits are covered for the first 2 years. After that, there's a $100 trip fee. Parts are free while under product warranty (Signature 5 years, Essential 3 years). After that, it's the trip fee plus parts.

We're fully insured. If our crew damages anything, we make it right, and our 2-year workmanship warranty covers any issue caused by our install. Storms, fallen trees, animals, or changes made by others aren't covered and usually fall under homeowner's insurance.

Essential usually takes 4 to 6 hours. Signature takes 1 to 2 days, since each track is custom-cut and color-matched. Timing depends on the size of your home.

Only for the first 5 minutes, so we can confirm the layout and controller location. After that, you're free to go about your day.

The lights are secured with screws, clips, and adhesive along the fascia or under the eaves for a clean, permanent look. If they're ever removed, the small screw holes fill easily with putty.

Almost every home, yes. The lights mount under the eaves or on the fascia, never on the roof itself, so tile, shingle, stucco, and gutters are no problem.

The controller mounts inside or outside your garage and plugs into an existing outlet. We run the cable to the eaves and keep it hidden.

Yes. Two-story homes are the same price. Three-story homes have an added charge for extra equipment and labor.
